Update*

So I started my diet before Christmas much to the dismay and disdain of many. The naysayers said it is a terrible time to diet. Many encouraged me to wait, or as it is truly described, procrastinate. But I started my diet and now one month later I am down a total 12 pounds. It feels good, great in fact. Cutting back on calories, focusing on portion control and reducing carbs. I'm glad I started when I did. I'm glad I didn't put it off. That is where we mess up, we say we will start our diet tomorrow, we will work on our budget tomorrow, we will do our Quiet Time tomorrow, etc. etc. Just do it! Start today. Don't delay. Get started and watch what happens!
