We've Gone Crazy

I want to honor a young man's courage. James Harper, a senior at Grand Junction High School objected to singing a song praising Allah. In fact the lyric he objected to says, "There is no truth but Allah." If the shoe had been on the other foot imagine the outrage. Can you even picture making public school choir students sing a song about Jesus Christ and the exclusivity of Christ. So many claim to be for the separation of church and state, something you won't find in the U.S. Constitution. They object to any symbol or suggestion of the Christian religion in the public school and public square. Yet many of those same people push their pagan agenda, which is a religion by definition and practice, and they ask people to tolerate their humanistic philosophy. Humanism is also a religion by definition and certainly a spiritual philosophy. You see what these people really demand is no Christianity, but the promotion of every false religion and failed philosophy. Our culture has gone crazy! They have kicked God out of the schools and out of the city hall and welcomed in a pluralistic, moral relativistic agenda that says believe whatever you want and practice whatever you like, as long as it is not Christianity. Thank you James for taking a stand. We need more young people like you.
